This module provides support for SCTP sockets based on the Linux kernel implementation.
This module has no configuration, all parameters are received from other modules like SigTransport when asked to create a SCTP socket.
NOTE : In newer (3.x) kernel versions, issues were encountered that prevent links being aligned. The last known kernel version on which issues were not encountered is Linux kernel 3.2.0 (on Ubuntu 12.04).
